Kappa Alpha Theta House

The Theta House in College Station needed a new kitchen and dining room. Sitting on a corner lot they had a few challenges. Working with the ladies of Theta to identify all the opportunities the site and program had to offer JSA developed an addition that created an enclosed courtyard with two connections to the new kitchen and dining room facility. This not only gave the ladies a wonderful new kitchen and dining room addition, but created an exterior courtyard area that is a great exterior gathering space.
