Goliad Administration Building

Goliad ISD purchased a former nursing home built in the late 1960s to be converted into a replacement facility for their Central Administration and Tax offices. The existing facility was stripped down to just the structural framing and exterior shell. The center portion of the building was removed down to the slab to allow for a higher volume space for the new, centrally-located Board room. The completed facility is 11,300 square feet and combines all of the Districts Administration and Tax Offices as well as additional records storage under one roof.
