Deerbrook Professional Building

Every great project starts with a great client and the Deerbrook Professional building is no exception to this rule. A visionary group of doctors saw this property and immediately recognized the potentials. This is the second major project done by JSA at the intersection of Deerbrook Park and FM 1960 in Humble Texas. This 65,000 Square foot professional office building was done in a style to compliment the Citizens Bank building using a stone base with stone accents. Along with multiple medical professional office spaces this building will contain a 24 hour emergency room and imaging lab. The corner of FM 1960 and Deerbrook Park is quickly developing into landmark intersection and JSA hopes to be involved every step of the way.
