Citizens Bank, Humble

This four floor 45,000 square foot project is home to the Citizens Bank hub for the Houston area. The bank occupies the first floor and has six drive-through lanes to service their customers. Various tenants lease space on the remaining floors and JSA has completed design and/or construction administration services for all building occupants. The building was recognized by the Independent Bankers Association of Texas with a Silver Design Award with particular note on the use of natural-cut Texas limestone used predominately through the outside and inside of the building. Hand-picked from a Texas Hill Country quarry, the unpolished limestone references the bank’s Texas heritage and adds to the natural beauty of the building. www.citizensbanktx.com
