Brazos Expo

This 158 acre site is Master Planned to include a 5,600 seat coliseum, two 77,000 square foot covered arenas, five 63,000 square foot pavilions, a 47,000 Square foot Exhibit Hall, and a 38,000 Square foot Assembly Hall for Brazos County. The first phase completed includes the Exhibit Hall, 3,000 seat covered arena, one pavilion, and all associated parking, including Recreational Vehicles. Phase II construction includes a second arena, second pavilion, and an additional covered warm up arena along with additional RV parking.
