The office of JIM SINGLETON ARCHITECTS opened in College Station, Texas in 1998. JSA provides complete Architectural Services to clients throughout Texas. With emphasis on the personal involvement of principal-in-charge, Jim Singleton, JSA insures continuity and expediency from inception through construction completion and beyond.

JSA believes that the success of the project is enhanced by including the client in every phase of development. Jim Singleton and his team lead, guide, and direct the client through the site selection, programming, master planning, preliminary and schematic design, design development, contract documents, bidding and negotiation, construction and warranty periods to help the client make the best informed decisions.

The individuals who occupy and operate the facility are as much a part of the JSA design team as the consulting engineers and special task-related consultants who are involved in the project. This holistic approach promotes a great sense of confidence and "pride of ownership."

Jim Singleton strives to exceed clients’ expectations. Whether the project is large or small, JSA realizes the value of the Owner’s dollar and works diligently to create buildings that insure optimum function, economy, and aesthetics to produce the best facility possible.
